Planning & Tracking

Forward Planning, Entitlements, Plan and Site Design, Management of clearing Conditions of Approval, along with active tracking with and coordination on plan check with Agencies Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) such as Cities, Water Districts, School Districts, etc. within the Cities/areas of Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino Counties.

Drafting / Review of Legal Documents such as Construction Contracts, CC&Rs, and other similar documents. You will always want to have an Attorney do a final review.

AI-AGENT

I will generate an Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent that will handle all Permit/Project Coordinator dues including and not limited to generating check requests, generating permit applications, generating documents.

Total Rate: $5,000

Covers continuing services

For All Projects

Total Rate: $20,000

One Time Fee

Discounted rates at Net 15 billing. Late fees accrue at a rate of 5% if late.
