Drafting / Review of Legal Documents such as Construction Contracts, CC&Rs, and other similar documents. You will always want to have an Attorney do a final review.
Flat Rate option available depending on project complexity

Review of HOA CC&Rs & Design Guidelines for purpose of generating summary and/or drafting application for post-home closing front yard or rear yard landscape improvements
I will generate an Artificial Intelligence (AI) agent that will handle all Permit/Project Coordinator dues including and not limited to generating check requests, generating permit applications, generating documents.
