During active engagements, we respond to client emails and calls within 1 business day (even if just with next‑steps timing). If we miss that window, we credit 0.5 hours on your next invoice, up to 10 per month.
For permit running / expediting, if we ever go more than 7 calendar days without providing a status update while a submittal is pending and within our control to track, we credit 2 hours of time on that task.
