Referral Partner Program

Refer Us

Know a project that’s stuck in plan check, entitlement, due diligence, or close-out?
Introduce them to LandDev Services Group and earn a referral reward when they become a paying client.


What it is:
The LandDev Services Group Referral Partner Program is a simple way for industry professionals to connect their clients and contacts to land development support that helps projects move faster—with fewer resubmittals and clearer next steps.


Who it’s for:
This program is for professionals who regularly work with builders, developers, and property owners, including:

  • Civil engineers, architects, surveyors 
  • Permit expeditors and project coordinators 
  • Land brokers and investors 
  • Land use attorneys and consultants 
  • Owner’s reps and construction PMs
     

Referral reward (commission):
Referral Partners earn 10% of Net Professional Fees collected from the referred client for the first 6 months, up to $5,000 per referred account.

And, Kickoff Bonus: $250 bonus when the referred account reaches $2,500 in collected Net Professional Fees, paid at that moment (or at first payment that crosses it).

When you get paid:
We pay referral rewards within 10 business days after client payments clear.


Examples:

  • When a referral buys a $2,500 Package → 10% = $250 to the referring party (And, since the $2,500 threshold was met, referring party will get the $250 Kickoff Bonus). 
  • When a referral spends $10,000 in the first 6 mo. → 10% = $1,000 to referring party
  • When a referral spends $40,000 → 10% = $4,000 to referring party
     

Referral rewards apply only to LandDev Services Group consulting/professional services. Partners are responsible for any disclosures required by their profession/employer and for ensuring participation complies with applicable rules and laws.

How?

Send us a message with your full name.  All referrals associated to you will be logged.  We will soon have a custom link for each partner in the program to use in making a referral.


What makes a referral “qualified”:
A qualified referral typically includes:

  • A decision-maker contact 
  • An active project or near-term need (0–6 months) 
  • A warm introduction and permission to share contact information 
  • The prospect is not already an active client or opportunity


How it works (3 steps):

  1. Send an introduction using our referral form (or email intro) 
  2. We confirm referral acceptance within 1 business day 
  3. If the referred client becomes a paying customer, you earn a commission on collected fees
