Dan Hosseinzadeh has a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning and is a civil‑engineering–driven entitlement leader with more than a decade at Hunsaker & Associates Irvine—a multi‑disciplinary planning, engineering, and surveying firm serving Southern California since 1976. As Hunsaker’s Community Entitlement Manager (CESSWI), he applied engineering rigor to master plans, infrastructure plan sets, and agency approvals, coordinating the technical submittals that move horizontal development from mapping through grading.
